In Crossed Wires 혼선 two 18-string gayageum are enmeshed in an intertwined relationship of coiling, spiraling gestures. Rhythmically charged lines twist and curl, as the two instruments weave in and out of each other’s paths, spinning an interlaced web of notes, a confused tangle, which each unsuccessfully tries to unravel.
