A Glinting Edge of Sky suggests a passing beauty just beyond reach. The music is at turns spacious, lyrical, agitated, calm, reflective, and, above all, contemplative. Originally composed in 2008 for shakuhachi and 21-string koto, the version for cello and 13-string koto was created in 2017 for Duo YUMENO.
